Q: Do you make all the products yourself?
A: Yes. We frequently got questions like this. It is understandable for customer to ask that, and we are proudly to answer that we make most of our products ourselves. All candle products are hand-poured in small batches in Irvine, California. I, Amy, got all raw materials and supplies (wax, fragrance oils, wicks and jars) within U.S., I purchased blank label sheets online, then design, hand drawn and print all the logos and labels myself. I mix and pour all diffuser products the same as the candles. As for the small accessories like stickers, magnets and pins, I draw and send digital files to local shops to print and they do the production.
Q: Is your candle vegan?
A: Yes. All our candle products are vegan candles. After so many tests we choose to use natural coconut wax, it make the candle to burn much quieter and cleaner. Coconut wax is Eco-friendly and sustainable, with 10-15% longer burn time than soy wax, without any of the soot typically associated with paraffin wax. We also use cotton wick, and phthalate free fragrance oils. Our candles are free of dyes and additives
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
We are planning to set up a local pick up/drop off service, please stay tuned for the newest updates. If you live local and have special needs, please contact us for setting up the quick pick up option.
Q: What is your return policy?
Please check and read our refund policy section. We are currently offering a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, due to the COVID situation, we are holding off the return/refund policy right now for safety purpose, please stay tuned for updates.
Q: Do you do wholesale orders?

Q: Can you make custom candles?
We sure do! Please message us on Instagram or send an email to us: info@kylerhandcrafts.com. We would love to work with you and make it happen. * A minimum case order is required *
Q: Do you just make candles? Will you make and sell different products?
We get that question a lot too! We do plan on making more different handcrafts in the future, that's why we called Kyler Handcrafts and Gifts! We currently make our own reed diffusers, wax melts, some stickers, we are also planning to release more handmade products in 2022.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! To all U.S. 50 states and D.C. for orders totaling $60 or more will receive free shipping.
Q: How much does shipping cost to Canada?
$15 flat rate is offered when order over $100, shipped by USPS. Other shipping options are available at the checkout.
Q: How much does shipping cost to Europe?
We are now offering to ship to UK, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Netherlands, please check your rate at the checkout.
Q: Where else do you ship to?
We are now offering to ship to Mexico, Puerto Rico, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR. We are still working on the shipping to more countries and Areas, please stay tuned.
